MINI PIT STOP

In 2019, the MINI Pit Stop was positioned as a true MINI marathon. The annual event gathered the team in a meeting and enhanced relations among the brand’s employees through a challenge of perseverance and superation, from which the MINI Pit Stop 2019 was born, in Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.

After the traditional team meeting, 13 teams invaded the 4962 meter of racing track and paddock for 8 hours, starting at midnight. The goal was to complete as much motorsport activities as possible, with the highest score possible. Amongst different activities, 8 hours of uninterrupted driving demanded the teams to try and reach the best relation between the distance traveled and consumed fuel.
